Dispatch and terms of payment § 4 Prices, shipping costs and payment 

(1) The prices quoted include the statutory value added tax. 

 (2) Shipping costs are added to the prices of the goods. They are explicitly shown before the customer makes a binding contract offer by clicking on the "Buy" button (see § 3 (3) No. 6). 

 (3) In the case of delivery to non-EU countries, the customer shall bear any taxes and customs duties incurred. 

 (4) The payment options are also specified before the customer makes a binding contract offer by pressing the "Buy" button (see § 3 (3) No. 5). 

 § 5 Delivery 

 (1) Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified in the order process. 

 (2) The period for delivery specified in the order process in our online shop shall commence on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank in the case of payment in advance and on the day after conclusion of the contract in the case of other payment methods and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
